JRC is proud to announce the promotion of Doug Rigg to Senior Manager within the Maritime & Security Division.
Doug joined JRC in 2014 and has been an integral member of his customer's Program Management Office (PMO). During his tenure, Doug has played a key role in enhancing productivity through documentation reviews and critical upgrades to program communication systems for his Navy customer.
Over the past four years, as Manager of JRC's PMO Support Team, Doug has demonstrated exceptional leadership by guiding a high-performing team spanning locations in Long Island, NY; Pittsfield, MA; Magna, UT; Denver, CO; and Anaheim and Sunnyvale, CA. Under his leadership, the team has grown from six to nine members, a clear reflection of Doug’s ability to foster growth, collaboration, and operational excellence.
When asked about his experience at JRC, Doug shared:
“This year marks a significant milestone in my career—10 years with JRC! I’m truly grateful to be part of a company that fosters a supportive, family-like atmosphere. The work is both challenging and engaging, and I’m fortunate to collaborate with such talented and professional colleagues. I’m proud to represent JRC, make an impact for our customers, and give my best effort every day.”
Outside of work, Doug enjoys spending quality time with his family, especially his grandson. Whether it’s surfing, swimming, or tackling home improvement projects, Doug loves staying active and embracing life’s joys both in and out of the office.
