Who We Are
JRC
is a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) that provides advanced professional services to solve complex problems for the Department of Defense (DoD) and other government agencies.
JRC Core Values
Family. Excellence. Integrity.
At JRC, our actions reveal who we are.
Family can mean many things to many people. To some, it means the connection that we have with one another. To others, it means that we work not just for our customers, but for those at home, too. Ultimately, to us family means that we treat all with respect and value as we work towards a common purpose.
From knowledge comes power, so excellence is a part of who we are. We have a duty to excellence; we do it for our honor; and it matters to our country. JRC is proud to be excellent in everything we do.
Trust does not exist without integrity. It is the cornerstone of our business. It is not what we profess, it is what we practice that gives us integrity.
Our Vision
Through innovation and excellence, be the most trusted provider of expertise to achieve our nation's most challenging goals.
Our Mission
To provide the best people, tools, and processes necessary to help our customers overcome their hardest challenges and achieve their greatest goals.
Past, Present and Future
THE BEGINNING OF JRC
Wanting to create a company focused on more than the bottom line, Dr. Tony Jimenez set out to build something different. As a West Point graduate and career Army officer, Dr. Jimenez had lived his entire life according to his alma mater’s motto: Duty, Honor, Country. After retiring from the Army, he wanted to continue to contribute to our nation. Before ever deciding what JRC would do, he first defined who JRC was. In 2003, Dr. Jimenez founded JRC with same core values we have today: Family, Excellence, and Integrity.
TODAY
Committed to its vision of being the most trusted provider to achieve our nation’s most challenging goals and practicing our mission to provide the best people, tools, and processes to achieve that vision, JRC began supporting Missile Defense Agency (MDA) with System Engineering and Programmatic support in 2003. A few years later, and after recognizing the expertise JRC provided, Navy Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) sought JRC’s support with complex systems engineering and integration engineering support. Today, JRC has more than 150 employees operating out of five JRC offices and multiple government locations across more than 12 states.
LOOKING AHEAD
JRC is rapidly growing and is beginning to penetrate new markets and new locations. While some small businesses grow by accident, JRC grows with purpose. Committed to providing the best value support to our customers, JRC is growing wisely. We choose our pursuits based on our ability to successfully partner with new customers and new partners. We look for gaps that require our core capabilities, and we ensure our ability to deliver sustained, superior performance for our partners. We are extremely optimistic about our future. We hope you want to join us.
