Amante is a JRC Vice President overseeing the company’s contracting and compliance efforts. As a subject matter expert in legal counsel, Amante has a wealth of knowledge in corporate law and compliance. Throughout his career, he has supported many leading organizations focusing on a variety of legal concentrations, including mergers and acquisition, pharmaceuticals, and internal corporate management review. After taking a keen interest in federal compliance, Amante acquired a niche skill set in federal government contracting. He joined the JRC Team in 2011 and has been supporting as our lead negotiator through fact finding efforts for our largest contracts.
In doing this work, Amante believes it’s both an honor and privilege to serve and understand both of our customers and internal stakeholders; serving as this bridge is vital to the work we do. When asked what advice he would give to a professional wanting to begin a career in legal counsel, he said, “Passion is a must, not just passion for your own work product, but for the overall success of the organization and your coworkers. Amante has built a beautiful family of four children with his wife. He enjoys model building and painting with his kids, reviewing new restaurants with his wife, and finding quiet time to read.
