Betty Banks (Program Analyst, Dahlgren VA) has contributed to the defense industry as an analyst supporting various naval programs and national security-based initiative for the past 35 years. Betty joined JRC as a Program Analyst in 2016, running day to day operations of our JRC Dahlgren office. In Betty’s role as Office Administrator, she serves a vital role supporting our Dahlgren JRC employee base and customers. Betty’s expertise in facilities, standard operating procedures, and policy implementation has helped JRC maintain a standard of excellence at its Dahlgren location.
When asked why she liked sharing her career with JRC, Betty responded, “I love the family atmosphere of JRC. It’s a space where we encourage, inspire and cheer on one another”.
For the past 28 years Betty has been a pillar in her community, volunteering in various ministry efforts, preparing food at local shelters, and mentoring youth. As the Vice President of U4C Victory Ministries, Inc, she, and her fellow parishioners are on a mission to end hunger in children in Fredericksburg, VA and surrounding counties.
