JRC is proud to announce the promotion of Erin Grimes to Manager of the Strategic Enhanced Ground Test (SEGT) Section within our Systems Engineering & Integration (SE&I) Division.
Based in our Washington, D.C. office, Erin has been a cornerstone of our team as a Senior Project Scheduler, bringing unmatched precision and dedication to every task. In her new leadership role, she will oversee a team of five engineers supporting systems engineering and integration overseeing an advanced test site facility project supporting operations tied to a state-of-the-art centrifuge for flight systems testing.
Under Erin’s guidance, the JRC team will continue delivering critical support to her DON customers, related to future planning and schedule development, systems integration engineering and planning, Interface Control Document (ICD) development, facility requirements documentation and traceability verification, as well as logistics planning for her advanced test site facility project.
When asked what she values most about her work, Erin shared,
“Being part of a small business where collaboration is genuine, and every voice is valued makes all the difference. There’s a shared sense of purpose here, and I love knowing that my work has a direct and positive impact.”
Outside of the office, Erin finds joy on the water—whether sailing, paddleboarding, surfing, or kayaking. She’s a frequent traveler, a student of the Japanese floral art Ikebana, an Italian food enthusiast, and a proud cat mom to her furry sidekick, Chance.
