JRC is proud to announce the promotion of Greg Juday to Manager of the Engineering Section within the Strategic Defense & International Operations (SD&IO) Division. In his new role, Greg will oversee core engineering operations and international initiatives for the Department of Defense (DoD). This includes supporting JRC engineering efforts in Huntsville and Fort Belvoir, managing international projects, such as Foreign Military Sales, Defense Security Cooperation initiatives, and the pursuit of new business opportunities in global markets.
Greg has been an invaluable part of the JRC team for the past five years, consistently demonstrating exceptional leadership and expertise. Most recently, he has led critical engineering efforts, provided technical oversight and program management while supporting the development of key defense initiatives. Greg has also played a vital role in reviewing and supporting JRC proposals, offering critical insights that align with our goals. His contributions have been instrumental in ensuring the success of complex projects and advancing JRC’s commitment to delivering smart solutions for the DoD.
Greg brings an impressive background to this role, with 26 years of service in Air Force acquisitions and 12 years in civilian government roles. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed, designed, and delivered advanced systems across various domains, including missile systems, satellite technology, command and control systems, and defense technologies. His leadership and depth of knowledge make him the ideal candidate to oversee JRC’s expanding engineering portfolio.

Outside of JRC, Greg is deeply committed to public service. He currently serves as the Commanding General of the Maryland Defense Force (MDDF) and sits on the Board of Advisors for the Military Cyber Professionals Association, roles he holds as a volunteer. His dedication to service and leadership extends beyond his professional life, reflecting his unwavering commitment to excellence.
