Rachel bridges the gap between personnel, an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) tool, a Human Resources Information System (HRIS), an informational website, and more – each with unique interface requirements.

The Scenario:

Some reports require human control or need to be produced only on-demand by a human analyst.

Rachel can assist the human analyst by combining automation and individual attention. The AI system first receives and reads an email, simulating a human interface, and then acts on the requested tasks as required. These are tasks that can’t be scheduled because they are needed ad-hoc, must be analyzed immediately, are dependent on the completion of another task to run, or need input, like:

Creating specific reports to be attached to an invoice that need to be created after the invoice is approved
Posting costs
Adding accounting lines to a newly-created project setup
Consolidating receipts with an expense summary to be included as backup to an invoice

The Scenario:

Report creation is a time-consuming and tedious task requiring significant concentration and attention to detail when performed by a human.
