JRC's FMS analysts and engineers support the entire FMS process, including: preliminary planning engagements, Letter of Request (LOR) Validation, LOR Price and Availability (LOR P&A) response development, Letters of Offer and Acceptance (LOA), FMS case management, developing case management products (Procurement Requests (PRs), Statements of Work (SOW), Military Interdepartmental Procurement Requests (MIPRs), technical documents and briefings to support FMS case development), and equipment delivery.
